Keep evidence. Keep the conversation visible.
Before contact
Check every fact the profile shows and every fact it leaves blank. A listed phone number, photo or name is not proof that a home or job is safe.
Before travel
Video call. Verify the address. Keep your passport. Agree the hours, room, pay, insurance and notice in writing.
After arrival
Log the hours actually worked. If the agreed week changes, record the change and make sure both sides can see it.
When this is urgent
RealAuPair is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, leave if you can and contact local emergency services. Tell a trusted person where you are. Keep your passport and essential medication with you.
